We have cucumbers out on the wagon today.. one bag are lemon cucumbers (they just look similar)

Here's an idea..when you have extra yellow squash or zucchini..slice it thin and sprinkle your favorite seasoning on it and dehydrate them til they're crunchy to make chips. My favorite flavoring so far is the everything bagel seasoning. I'm also trying cucumbers like this.
