They say all good things must come to an end and I have made the difficult decision to retire and step away from The Hitching Post. I’ve always felt my wedding dress business was a labor of love, a service to a community of women of all backgrounds and ages who needed a modest option for their special day. It has been a privilege to help so many during such a special and cherished time in their lives. Knowing how helpful my business has been to so many I would love to pass it on and see both the business and the community grow. And after seeing it survive this pandemic, I am confident in the right hands it would thrive; however, at this time those hands are not my own, as I feel I need to spend more time with my family, especially my sweet daughter, Jenna, who has special needs. Thank you to all my brides for trusting me, and for all the wonderful people who have supported me over the last 12 years!
