The best part of my business is designing closing gifts for realtors and mortgage professionals ⁣

Not every transaction requires a gift basket. Some transactions require a Home Depot gift card, restaurant gift card, weekend stay at the beach! (I like that one!)

I miss seeing them at events and it was such a pleasure to give them a tour! (Yes they got to see all the cheese)⁣

Show of appreciation to 7 incredible ladies⁣

We design gratitude gifts for a multitude of people. Most of the time it is a single person or maybe a few people in an office that have gone over and above their job description. ⁣

This gift basket went to 7 ladies and was designed for each of them to receive individual goodies. I was so excited to include candles, stationary, moisture gloves and socks and many gourmet snacks. ⁣
One of our favorite vendors is Grace + Love candles which were the hit of this gift. ⁣

It doesn’t take much to show appreciation. A thought...followed by an action. ⁣

When you show appreciation, not only does the recipient feel good, you feel good also! ⁣
⁣
Gratitude starts from within. You have to make the first move whether it is a phone call, writing a note, bringing them a cup of coffee or another show of appreciation. ⁣
⁣
I know many people who hand write personal messages and have been showing this type of appreciation for years.

It doesn’t have to be a big item or cost a lot. Little things mean the most! ⁣

Once you do it the first time, you find it easy to show gratitude to others. ⁣

A good case for never giving up! ⁣

Yesterday I received a call from a long time real estate client asking for his “branded closing gift”. He mentioned his client and I said “I remember her from BNI 10 years ago!”⁣
⁣
He sends emails every month to keep top of mind with his clients, and this one time she needed a realtor to sell her mom’s home and she thought of him. ⁣
⁣
You just never know when that email, phone call or even a pop by will generate a conversation and lead to potential business.⁣

5 minutes Made My Day! ⁣

I got to the house about 4:03 PM. I knew she was going to be in the zoom meeting with her team at 4 o’clock. 🕰⁣
⁣
As I turned the corner to go to the front door, I heard a shrill “oh my gosh”! ⁣
⁣
I smiled and kept walking to the door. As I got to the porch, I heard footsteps approaching to open the screen door. A stunning lady with the biggest smile was overwhelmed as I said, “happy birthday” 🎂and handed her this gift. She thanked me, closed the door and I returned to my car. ⁣
⁣
As I turned the corner, I heard her say “you guys have given me the most beautiful birthday gift and I absolutely love it”. “ITS PINK!”⁣
⁣
Being able to contribute to someone’s complete joy, if even if for only an hour....priceless!!! ⁣
⁣
Most of the time I don’t get to see the recipient the moment they see the gifts designed because UPS or Fedex leaves the gift at their door. ⁣

Our client wanted a memorable for a couple moving across the United States. We designed this charcuterie tray assembled on a wood grain, tempered glass cutting board. ⁣

All of the food groups are represented including fruits, protein, dairy, chocolate and wine! ⁣

Great review just made my day!!!!⁣
My client called yesterday and told me about the phone call she got from her sister then added this review on The Bountiful Basket website. ⁣
⁣
After talking with Marilyn at the Bountiful Basket, I decided to send the herb box for the greenhouse window and garden to my sister in South Carolina. She had been a little down and and since I know she loves to garden and cook, I thought she would like this gift. She opened it up and called me immediately to tell me how happy she was. She said it was almost like Christmas, and she kept finding goodies and little tools for gardening… And putting soil to. She said this really made her feel happy and was excited to start her herb garden in her kitchen. Marilyn puts a lot of love in her gift baskets and that’s why I’m a repeat customer 4 times now. I will keep buying from The Bountiful Basket because she goes the extra mile and I really like that.

This custom gift has been delivered to 85 new homeowners in the first quarter and is available to deliver or ship anywhere in the United States.
