On this week's episode of I had the pleasure of discussing plant therapy. Plant therapy is used as a technique to increase productivity, combat anxiety and depression and overall improve mental health. It is a lifestyle.

I am so thankful for this opportunity. If you don't know who she is, check her out. She is a psychologist who invests time and effort to improve millennial working mamas find balance. You will absolutely love her and appreciate her work.
