Good morning, Friends! I am headed to Schaumburg this weekend for an conference all about children’s books: what’s coming out, what sells, how else can I promote the kids’ section, etc 📚

Because of that, I have different hours for the week. As a SMALL business, I currently rely on family & friends to help when I cannot be there so the adjustments reflect availability, but I am so grateful for the help🧡💛

I am normally closed on Mondays, but I will OPEN TODAY because the shop will be closed on Friday. Stop in this weekend on Saturday 11a-4p and back to normal hours on Sunday 11a-3p. This does not affect Tuesday-Thursday hours or storytime on Thursday with at 10:30a and my website is always open at www.booksagogostore.com!

Welcome Patty Wolford is here today until 1p to sign books until 1p! Stop in to see her adorable picture book, Little Turtle’s Kiawah Island Journey and there’s even turtles to go along with the book 🐢 Rumor has it that there’s a second book in the works to continue the Little Turtle’s adventures!

Storytime with this morning was a packed one! Ms. Emma read about gardening and then they had some super cute crafts to make. By the look of the aftermath, they had a great time! 🌺 Join us next Thursday at 10:30a when we do it again! 📚

Tonight is also our first poetry night also led by the library! It starts at 6p so I’ll be open until 7p tonight. See you at the shop 🧡💛
