Beau Meche and his wife Cindi Meche moved to Texas to get out of Albuquerque... and a Very Very expensive KILN was stolen by this company and they keep putting up road blocks to not be accountable!
***THEY ARE BASED OUR OF UTAH ***

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I signed a contract with Loyal Moving for our move, but they didn't disclose that they subcontract with Next Stop Relocation to actually move our stuff. Not only did the price keep changing from pick up to delivery, I never received my most expensive item - a $5,000 kiln that was never delivered. My husband tried calling the driver, but he stopped answering his phone. I was sent on a runaround to request a lost property claim between phone calls (with angry people who were unwilling to help) and many unanswered emails. Finally, we were told to file a claim on the website, but we never received a confirmation and have not heard back from them. I don't think I will ever receive a refund or my kiln back.
