🇺🇸 25 years later, hope.
On September 11, 2001, we were reminded how fragile life can be—and how deeply we need one another.
Twenty-five years later, one thing gives us hope: we are still here. Still gathering. Still helping our neighbors. Still teaching our children. Still telling stories. Still opening our doors to people we may not know yet.
At Annie’s Book Stop, we believe books are one of the simplest ways to build bridges. They let us step into someone else’s life, see through someone else’s eyes, and remember that underneath our differences, we have so much in common.
So today, we remember those we lost, honor those who helped, and choose hope for the country we share.
May we always be a nation that chooses kindness, community, courage, and connection.

And there is still so much good left to write.
