Welcome home, Spring Lake. Virginia Lane was created to be more than just a storefront , it’s a reflection of the way we believe home should feel: timeless, layered, welcoming, and deeply personal.
Months in the making, this space brings together everything we love most about design, entertaining, and intentional living under one roof. Now, alongside our Town & Country Design Studio locations in Spring Lake and Red Bank, Virginia Lane becomes another extension of the homes and lifestyles we are so passionate about creating.

To our incredible clients, family, and friends — thank you for believing in this vision and helping bring it to life. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and every hand that touched this project helped make it what it is today.
We are beyond grateful, incredibly proud, and so excited to finally open our doors to all of you.

Our next chapter!

What began as The Mercantile has slowly evolved into something even more reflective of who we are. A place rooted in thoughtful living, collected interiors, meaningful design, and timeless pieces meant to be lived with for years to come.

Virginia Lane is both a continuation and an evolution: familiar in heart, elevated in experience.

We are so grateful for everyone who has followed along through this transition and supported us as we grow into this new season.

Our doors In Spring Lake will be opening soon, and we cannot wait to share Virginia Lane with you!
