Here is a great example of rest arm modification for fatter arrows or if you like a steeper angle to hold the shaft against the plunger. I prefer seeing bends here than near tip which may contact the fletchings and cause inconsistency. Another benefit of this bend is additional/faster arm clearance as the arm drops.
