We had a huge crowd this labor day weekend. We had the Chacon family here for their family reunion. And boy did they show up. It was really awesome to see so many people here having so much fun. They had stuff going on all over all day long. We got to meet alot of very nice people. We sure hope to see them again next year.

We are late posting these. We had an employee appreciation day last weekend. Got up early 4am and started cooking. We smoked pulled pork and some beer can chickens. Everyone ate , swam , fished and played games. We had lots of fun. A big thank you to all of our Employees. They are what makes our place functional. Thank you all again for everything yall do for the property.

Was given a 20 " rainbow caught by a guest. Brined for 8 hrs dried and sat in fridge 8hrs to form pellicle and now smoking it at a low temp. I've grilled plenty but never smoked one. Thank you Lennie. It was fun fishing with you. They drove 12 hrs to stay with us.
