When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me outdoors, reading a good book, camping, or enjoying a drink on a sunny patio. I’m excited to help you find a look that feels like you!

Hi! I’m Grace!
I specialize in effortless, lived-in color, dimensional colors, curly cuts, bridal updos + creating hair that looks just as beautiful weeks after you leave the salon as it does the day you walk out.
My goal will always be to help you feel confident, comfortable, and completely yourself. I believe every appointment should be more than just a hair service—it should be a chance to relax, recharge, and leave feeling like your best self.
After 12 years behind the chair, I took the leap into independence to create a personalized experience just for you. I value honest consultations, cuts + color that fit your lifestyle, and healthy hair above all else.
When I’m not in the salon, you’ll usually find me at hot yoga, grabbing an iced coffee, hiking, or seeking out the next best concert.

I’ve been behind the chair for 10 years and love all things blonding, lived-in dimensional color and bridal styling. I love helping clients feel confident and beautiful, inside out. I strive to create customized results that fit each persons style and lifestyle.

Outside of the salon, you’ll find me teaching fitness classes, coaching, running or spending time with family & friends!

Hi 🫶🏼 I’m Alexa,
the face behind Bleach Bomb Hair and the new owner of Shear Collective.
I’ve been behind the chair for 8 years, with the last 5 years expanding into bridal styling and extensions. I’ve built my business around creating customized results, big transformations, and a client-focused experience that lets my clients feel like the best version of themselves.
Bleach Bomb Hair has been open for just under 2 years, and it’s been such a defining chapter for me- growing a loyal clientele, refining my craft, learning how to run a business, and creating a space that feels personal and welcoming.

I’m so excited for this new season: to grow a team, challenge myself as a leader, and build something bigger through Shear Collective.
I’ll continue to grow my bridal business and stay working behind the chair during the week with my amazing clients who have supported me from the beginning.

I’m so grateful to be a part of the amazing small business community we have here in Red Wing, and I can’t wait for everything that’s ahead 🫶🏻

We have been busy all weekend getting ready for Shear Perfection to change hands tomorrow.
We will be closed to clients tomorrow, Monday June 1st, while all of our stylists settle in to their “new” salon home. Our first day open to clients will be June 2nd.
We will be getting back to all voicemails, emails, and messages from this weekend as quickly as we can- we greatly appreciate your understanding and patience.
