I’m so excited to be part of the salon team, helping everyone feel welcome and lending a hand wherever I can around the shop. Outside of work, I love spending time with my two beautiful daughters, friends, and family, and cheering my girls on at their activities. I’m so thankful to be here and work for Alexa—she’s an amazing boss! I look forward to seeing you around the beautiful salon! 🫶

Hii, I’m Ruby!✨

I will be working as one of the front desk receptionist, if you ever need a refreshment or a yummy snack I’m more than happy to attend to you at any given time.

when im not on the clock, I very much enjoy going to concerts🎤,festivals 🎊, rodeos👢 and along with it any outdoors activites!

Although I love my crazy life✨as your receptionist I’m excited to continue to learn from the stylists and witness how clients walk out the door feeling refreshed, with a smile on their face. I hope to bring the same energy when I continue my dream to be a cosmetologist after high school.

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me outdoors, reading a good book, camping, or enjoying a drink on a sunny patio. I’m excited to help you find a look that feels like you!

I specialize in effortless, lived-in color, dimensional colors, curly cuts, bridal updos + creating hair that looks just as beautiful weeks after you leave the salon as it does the day you walk out.
My goal will always be to help you feel confident, comfortable, and completely yourself. I believe every appointment should be more than just a hair service—it should be a chance to relax, recharge, and leave feeling like your best self.
After 12 years behind the chair, I took the leap into independence to create a personalized experience just for you. I value honest consultations, cuts + color that fit your lifestyle, and healthy hair above all else.
When I’m not in the salon, you’ll usually find me at hot yoga, grabbing an iced coffee, hiking, or seeking out the next best concert.
I can’t wait to see you soon + bring your hair game to the next level✨

Hi 🫶🏼 I’m Alexa,
the face behind Bleach Bomb Hair and the new owner of Shear Collective.
I’ve been behind the chair for 8 years, with the last 5 years expanding into bridal styling and extensions. I’ve built my business around creating customized results, big transformations, and a client-focused experience that lets my clients feel like the best version of themselves.
Bleach Bomb Hair has been open for just under 2 years, and it’s been such a defining chapter for me- growing a loyal clientele, refining my craft, learning how to run a business, and creating a space that feels personal and welcoming.

I’m so excited for this new season: to grow a team, challenge myself as a leader, and build something bigger through Shear Collective.
I’ll continue to grow my bridal business and stay working behind the chair during the week with my amazing clients who have supported me from the beginning.

I’m so grateful to be a part of the amazing small business community we have here in Red Wing, and I can’t wait for everything that’s ahead 🫶🏻
