You know how sometimes you walk into a space and just feel alive? That happened this morning!!!

I have been in my shop in about 6 weeks. I haven’t made a project for myself in months!!!

Today, I opened the door and felt this surge of excitement, of passion, of happiness. And that was before I got a hug from one of my favorite buddies to build from!!! It was a soul filling morning.

Here’s a couple shots of Tim and the dog crate/end table he’s building for his parents!

Hey friends! It’s been awhile since I posted…ya’ll know how life goes!!!

Was looking through some magazines and came across this cute Turkey! Think I’m gonna make one end of Oct/early Nov. Anyone else have interest?

If so, I’ll pull together a class (or series of dates because it will take a bit to make). Would love to have friends in the shop with me!!!

*** Woodworking Kits - SPRING SALE ***

There's been a lot of interest in planter kits since I posted about the past couple classes - so here's your chance to order your own! I've also included birdhouse and birdfeeder kits!!! Not interested in a kit - then please forward to someone who might me :-).

Each kit comes with precut pieces, sandpaper, nails, and instructions. $30 each. Order 5 or more and they are $25 each (yes you can mix and match)!

I'm heading out on vacation soon, but am gathering orders so I can get them cut when I get back and you can all assemble your own planters at home! Orders are due by Fri 5/8.

Another great evening. It doesn’t matter how long my day is at the bill paying job….seeing this group refills my soul.

Love having the American Heritage Girls in the shop! They counted and this was their 4th project!!! Tonight was a “dad and me” project making planters. They did so good (and the dads did pretty good too). The struggle to not just “do it” is real.
