We made over 660 POUNDS of FRESH FUDGE today in Redding, CA. Grateful the weather cooperated and it wasn't 100+ degrees so our A/C didn't have to work so hard. It does get pretty warm with TWO fudge kettles spinning. Took our crew of 4 about 8hrs to crank out these delicious slabs. 🥰💪

How many flavors do you spot?

Do you see your favorite?

What should we make next?

When you live just 5 miles down the road ... it's easy to have a favorite fair of the year.

P.S. when Bryan & Becca Ragle attended the Inter-Mountain Fair in 2019, they fell in love with the sunsets, the valley & the PEOPLE... and moved to McArthur the following summer.

See you soon Inter-Mountain Fair. 🥰💜😘
