Picked up these 18 inch motion Santa and Mrs.Claus for $14 total at an estate sale. Sold over on Etsy in 3 days for $200. I am sure I could had sold them separately for about $75 more, but 1) I didn’t want to have these items anymore and 2) I don’t want to be a storage unit for goods. Get them in, sell, and move the out!

The way I view the side hustle is: this little flip just paid for: groceries, 1/2 a Christmas for a kiddo, or saving for something fun! Don’t be a storage unit waiting to nickle and dime your finds- flip and get onto the next. , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,
