After being away for several months, one of our beautifully unique truffles has officially returned to the case…

✨ APRICOT MARYSE IS BACK! ✨

And this little two-layer beauty is absolutely PACKED with flavor!

🍑 The first layer is a bright, fruity Apricot Gelée
🍫 The second is a decadent Dark Chocolate & Lavender Ganache
💜 And it’s finished with delicate dried edible lavender on top.

The balance is EVERYTHING. It’s not too floral. It’s not too sweet. It’s not too much and definitely not too little. Take a bite and the flavors just EXPLODE together, leaving you with what we can only describe as a little taste of heaven. 😍🍫

And speaking of heaven… you should smell the shop RIGHT NOW.

The chefs are currently caramelizing almonds in the kitchen, and the aroma floating through Brugge Chocolates is enough to stop you in your tracks. 🤤 The smell of warm caramelized almonds and chocolate?! Come on. How are we supposed to get any work done around here?! 😂

💙Some days remind us exactly why we love what we do... and today was one of those days.

Today we welcomed what we believe is our youngest customer ever to Brugge Chocolates! 🍫

His parents discovered us through a write-up about our shop and decided to stop by. As he wandered around taking it all in, someone mentioned our Cardamom Pistachio Truffle and without missing a beat he enthusiastically shouted...

"CARDAMOM PISTACHIO!!" 🤣

Let's just say... there was no nibbling involved. He popped the entire truffle into his mouth! His grandma laughed and said, "There's no holding back with him!" 😂

But the best part was still to come...

He walked over to our Belgian Dark Chocolate Chips, looked up at HIS grandma and proudly declared:
"$22.00!"
I had to do a double take because I couldn't believe what I had just heard! His mom and grandma smiled and explained that he could buy them with his allowance... as long as he paid Grandma back when they got home. Without hesitation he replied, "YEAH!"

Deal done. ❤️

Watching him proudly carry around his prized bag of Belgian Dark Chocolate Chips while doing his own little happy dance around the shop absolutely made our day. Moments like these remind us that chocolate has a wonderful way of bringing generations together.

Truth be told... it took every ounce of self-control not to hand him everything on our shelves! 🍫😂

Please help us give a warm Brugge welcome to our youngest customer ever! We're only sharing a partial photo of him proudly holding his treasured bag of Belgian chocolate chips, but the smile on his face says everything. (We wish you could see it)!

✨ One year later... and the Dubai Bar love is still going strong! ✨

The nationwide Dubai Bar craze may have slowed down, but something even better has happened... we've welcomed an incredible community of regulars who keep coming back for that irresistible combination of creamy pistachio filling, crispy kanafi dough, and decadent Belgian chocolate. 💚🍫

This week our chefs have been BUSY crafting a fresh batch, and the fun just keeps coming! We even had a customer order 10 custom Dubai Bars for a dinner party next week! 🤩 Now THAT'S going to be one memorable dessert spread!

And then came one of the biggest compliments we could ask for...

A customer from Canada stopped back in this week after visiting us a year ago. They told us they've tried Dubai Bars all over the continent, and ours is still at the TOP of their list. 🥹❤️

Wow... thank you! Hearing stories like that reminds us why we love what we do.

They say there are only 6 degrees of separation, and today we became believers! 🌎🍫

One of our favorite questions to ask customers visiting from out of town is, "Where are you from?" We absolutely love hearing where everyone has traveled from to visit Brugge Chocolates.

Today, a customer mentioned she was from a city that just so happens to be near where we were only a month ago for a baby shower. Then she said something that completely caught us off guard...

"Wait... I saw my friend's Instagram a few weeks ago, and she had one of your chocolate soccer balls!" ⚽🍫

No way!

Sure enough... we know her friend! Someone who lives many, many miles away had introduced Brugge Chocolates without even realizing it. Of course, I had to snap a picture and send it to our mutual friend with the message...

"Look who came to visit us today?!?! 😂❤️"

What are the odds?!

Moments like these remind us just how small the world really is and how powerful a simple post can be.

🚐🍫 The Brugge Chocolates Van is on the move AGAIN! Any guesses where we ended up today? 🤔

Okay... we'll give you a hint! Brandon's photo doesn't make it easy, but we're spending the day at the Summer Market at Sparkman Cellars! ☀️🍷🍫

We're all set up and ready for another amazing event filled with delicious Belgian chocolates, great people, and plenty of summer fun! If you're in the Woodinville area, come say hello—we'll be here until 4:00 PM!
