Encore Books on the Square We sell gently used books of all types, with all proceeds going to the San Mateo History Museum Be prepared to get lost as you meander about our rooms.

Come visit us on the ground floor of the San Mateo County History Museum in downtown Redwood City! We've got books that cover all genres, from fiction to mysteries to sci-fi to local history. Our efforts would not be possible without generous donations from the community. We accept donations of fiction and non-fiction (hardcovers and paperbacks), children's books, cookbooks, videos, DVDs, CDs and books on tape.
