Meet one our featured authors, Oliver Chin!

"Hi! I'm the author of more than twenty children's picture books. I love creating stories that both kids and adults can get a kick out of (and enjoy countless times), and collaborating with amazing artists who bring these brave new worlds to life.

A rainbow of animals inhabit the popular annual series The Tales from the Chinese Zodiac. This is the only series in English that features each of the animals of the Lunar New Year. We've completed twelve unique adventures and are revising each new edition with a bilingual translation in simplified Chinese."

Oliver has been a guest at the Orion & Mandarin Immersion Author Illustrator Fair for many years. We are excited to have him back this year. He is hosting a workshop at 2:30pm.

Meet one of our featured authors, Lisa Moore Ramee!

Lisa Moore Ramee wrote her first book in second grade. It took some time before she got around to writing her second one. A Good Kind of Trouble, her debut novel, published in Spring 2019. Something to Say came out in July, 2020.

Meet one of our featured authors, Stephanie Kaufman!

Stephanie is a licensed therapist, working with families in every phase of life. She is the author of " What a Feeling! The ABCs for Emotions", which will be available for purchase at the fair.

"Let’s discover and explore a wide range of emotions together! Our feelings can be really hard to understand, and even harder to explain. Every day children are experiencing new emotions and often do not know how to describe them. Feelings seem to just happen to them, and it can be very scary and hard to control. From Ariel the Angry Alligator to Zack the Zealously Organized Zebra, this book will lay the foundation for comprehending some of the most common, yet confusing, and overwhelming feelings that we all experience.
