With the Supreme Court finally taking on the Constitutionality of State "Assault Weapons Bans," I've decided to focus on selling factory fixed magazine r***es that can easily be converted at home once the Supreme Court releases its decision, expected Spring 2027.

Nothing is 100% certain, but with the current makeup of the Court and previous Supreme Court decisions like Heller and Bruen, it's hard to believe these State level bans won't be overturned. Heller established "common use" and Bruen established "original text, history, and tradition". ...I'm no lawyer, but the current bans seem to violate both those legal tests.

The question is, how long will we have before Massachusetts finds a new "gray area" to operate in and signs in a new law? ...a few hours, a few days? My plan moving forward, will be to stock factory Fixed Magazine r***es and custom builds on Dark Storm Fixed Magazine lower receivers. When the decision is released in the Spring, you can easily convert the fi****ms to detachable magazines without having to rush to a gun store and buy something in whatever "grace period" we may have. These fi****ms will fully comply with current laws and Case Law; "...original manufacturer's intent to be a fixed magazine". But are easily reversible once the Supreme Court's ruling drops.

So far, I've found Factory Intended Fixed Magazine options from Shadow Systems, LWRC, and Dark Storm. As inventory comes in and as I complete custom builds on Dark Storm Receivers, they'll be posted on this page.

I believe this route, for my shop and customers, is the best option over the price gouged "Pre-August 2024" r***es. These are new, warrantied, and cost the same amount as their "free state" counterparts.
