It all started when Mexican fans unexpectedly embraced Erling Haaland and Norway during the tournament. After Mexico’s elimination, thousands of supporters began cheering for Norway, creating Viking-themed videos, wearing Norwegian colors, and even producing a banda remix of Haaland’s famous Viking chant that quickly went viral across social media.

The moment became even more special when Erling Haaland himself responded, commenting “Les escucho” (“I’m listening”) alongside the Mexican flag and a taco emoji, showing his appreciation for the incredible support coming from Mexico.

Although Norway’s dream of lifting the World Cup came to an end, they left the tournament with something just as meaningful—a second family of fans. What began as a fun internet trend turned into one of the most wholesome stories of the 2026 World Cup, proving that football has the power to unite people from opposite sides of the world.

As a moderate Republican, one of the best quotes I ever heard, came from a President I really didn't like, Obama. The day after the 2016 election. He was asked what happens now? He said, you know what you do the day after you lose an election, you wake up!

Everyone, in 4 years, both sides will need new Candidates. I understand a lot of people didn't like either one we were offered, even the ones offered in our own party. Don't mourn or cheer for the next 4 years, start to look for a Candidate that is not polarizing in any direction, but who is good for all. Please Share !!!
