Almost 2 dozen pieces of post and parcel missing (since May and it involves both businesses), and seemingly no way to file claims. And if you know me, you know I’d rather not make a bash post. I’m generally a “take the higher road” person… regardless of who or what the circumstances are.
This is a completely broken process post, not aimed at the humans that are in the muck trying to deal with a system that keeps getting worse. I have family and am friends w USPS folks. But come ON y’all. And every single instance I’m referring to here was SCANNED. It has a trail that abruptly ends or disappears AFTER the post/package left the shop door… 🤬
