Italian Spaghetti Squash for dinner tonight 😋🇮🇹🔥
Roasted spaghetti squash loaded up with garlic spaghetti sauce, Italian sausage, and plenty of melted mozzarella. Finished it off with some Garlic Habanero for that perfect little kick. 🌶️🔥
Who needs pasta? 😂

Another small batch finished 😋🌶️
Made a milder Carolina Gold this time. I was actually going to leave the peppers out completely and make a truly mild version... but apparently I’m incapable of doing that 😂
Ended up tossing in 6 cayenne peppers and 1 ghost pepper. Should still be pretty mild with just a tiny little kick. 🔥
Really happy with the color and consistency on this one!

First decent harvest from the garden! 🌶️🔥 And there’s still a TON of peppers out there growing. 😂
Looks like I’m gonna have a busy fall. Can’t wait to have some fun experimenting with different sauces, salsas, and a spicy rub or two. 🌶️😋🔥
This is the fun part — grow ’em, pick ’em, and figure out what the hell to make with ’em. 😂
