Revenue generated from Arc's Value Village Thrift Stores provides vital funding for programs and services that benefit people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families through the programs and services of Arc Minnesota. The Arc helps families navigate services and helps provide networks of support for every member of the family. Arc's Value Village awarded "Best Thrift Store" by Star Tribune 2021, and City Pages in 2017. Three Locations: Bloomington, New Hope, and Richfield. Arc's Value Village Thrift Stores carry clothing for women, men and children, accessories (shoes, jewelry, belts, scarves, hats), kitchen items, housewares, home decor, sporting gear, furniture, antiques & collectibles, luggage, NEW mattresses, NEW box springs and NEW bed frames, books and media, linens, crafts, seasonal decorations. Shoppers LOVE our largest seasonal events: Halloween (starting late September) and Merry Thriftmas (starting the first week in November). We're open every day except New Year's Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Arc's Value Village offers a FREE personal shopper who, based on your personal style, will shop for clothing and accessories for you. This service is now available virtually via Zoom or in person. Join us for Penn Fest - On Sunday September 20th, Penn Avenue (from 62nd to 76th streets) is closed to motorized traffic and instead the streets are filled with food vendors, dancers, small business pop ups, there will be a pet zone and games too. We'll have a pop up just outside the Richfield store with lots of fun Retro Boo-tique items and Halloween/Fall decor. Come say hi and then cool off in the AC at our Richfield store and see what thrifted treasures you find! Our Richfield store will be open regular Sunday hours 10am-7pm
