🙌🏻 Our July Volunteer of the Month is… Ruth Olszewski! On Friday, we presented Ruth with the award, as others recognize and appreciate all she does.

👏🏻 Ruth has been involved since the startup of St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store at Bon Air and has remained extremely dedicated to the mission and operations.

🥳 As several nominations mentioned, Ruth puts in long hours, knows the ins and outs of the various volunteer roles, is welcoming and kind to other volunteers, helps train new volunteers, and is always thinking of ways to improve production… just to name a few ways Ruth serves!

**Early Store Closure** 🚨

Due to an unexpected power outage, our Bon Air location has closed early today, Tuesday, August 4th. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we wait for power to be restored.

We will reopen tomorrow, Wednesday, August 5th at 10am for First Wednesday Coffee Day! Thank you for your understanding and continued support!

🥳 Barb was presented with our June Volunteer of the Month award this afternoon, at St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store at Bon Air, where she was working in the back production area!

☺️ Barb volunteers most days, jumps in where needed, helps open/close the store, is wonderful with donors and customers, and is training on register, so she can soon help with any role needed!
