Pictures above are the Sinfonico-Fortissimo, the Dolce, and the Compensated Baritone (3-valve). We are extremely excited to be selling Wessex’s amazing products! Please be patient as we continue updating our website to include the rest of Wessex’s stock!

Larry, who was our first Wessex customer, has this to say about the new tuba he just purchased: “It’s innovative, it’s more like the British configuration. I find on this Eb with a lot of 1/4 2/4 valve configurations, as my hands get older my fingers get stiffer. It’s easier to hit that fourth valve [using my other hand] than using my pinky. This is really a cool setup that will extend my playing time on my life, good for Wessex!”. We will soon be set up to officially start selling Wessex products on our website at thetubalair.com, stay tuned!

The Tuba Lair would love to give a big congratulations to Christopher Smith and Catherine Branch, and recognize the great work of 725 Arts & Culture! With the help of this amazing organization, these two students are now freshmen at Virginia State University! We are extremely proud and honored to play a small role in helping students like these two achieve their dreams and become the next generation of amazing musicians!

We are thrilled to announce that we have partnered with The Tuba Lair who have become an official distributor for Wessex Tubas and Brass in the USA!
