Blessed Hands & Heart offers personal care and companion services. Blessed Hands and Heart is dedicated to meeting all of your home care needs. They offer flexible and customizable services that can be arranged from as little as a few days per week to around the clock care, including holidays. They will walk you through the process to ensure that your needs are met. Each Blessed Hands and Heart client receives a personalized face to face, in-depth assessment conducted by an RN to better understand their condition, personality, and environment. This information is used to create an individualized plan of care that meets each client’s unique physical and emotional needs, strives to improve their health, and enhances their quality of life. This process, along with continual oversight by their nursing staff, helps ensure the right fit between clients and caregivers, and enables them to quickly modify a client’s plan of care as their needs evolve.
