This is a young lady's first apt. She wanted a mature space, and already had her bedset and the sofa.
-She wanted it to have her signature colors of the Teal and Green family.

This is living room/dining room combo in which I lifted the drab eggshell white wall color to a creamy cozy white, added a deep accent wall to add drama to the customer's over-sized antique mirror, and refreshed the ceiling with a bright white.
-We also replaced the old dining room table with something a bit more up-to-date and attempted to coordinate with the existing China cabinet the owner couldn't part with. So, i spiffed up the hardware, added lighting, and rearranged the contents.
-For flooring we got rid of the dark area rug, which made the room feel heavy, and replaced it with a beautiful subtle orange one with a slight floral patter.
-For the widows, we took away the heavy custom drapery and lightened the room up with a beautiful coordinate print flanked by a solid, and topped with a coordinating cornice to tie both spaces together.
