We are coming back, after taking a beat…

Between a pandemic that shut our business down, to violence and racism that broke our hearts, we needed a break. We’ve spent this time learning more about our business model and how we can make it more resilient for these rapidly changing times. Like many other businesses, COVID hit us hard! Many stores weren’t open, and those that were stopped accepting returns.

Things are starting to normalize, but it’s still important that if you don’t need to go out, you should still STAY HOME. ReRunner is here to reduce your risk and those working at the store, by bundling returns, sanitizing anything we can before handing it back to the store clerk, and of course wearing a face mask. All our pickups are contactless and your refunded directly to your credit card. No touching anything, no unnecessary exposure, no risk.

As you try to support small and local businesses to see them out of this very dark time, please think of us. We are a minority, woman-run business who needs you!

We also are extending our offer for free returns for those over 65 years because that’s the right thing to do.
