I must say that approaching the end of Graduation season is bittersweet. The past two months have been crazy and often stressful with trying to get these caps done as soon as possible for all of the graduations. I’m now in the process of expanding the shop to include more nursing decals, study guides, nursing cheats, and later some deck plaques and night shift door signs. It’s been a wild ride in the short time I’ve had this Etsy shop, but I’m gearing up for an even crazier Graduation season coming in December. I look forward to the stress, the work, and having a positive impact on your special day.
Congratulations all graduates! Especially you new nurses out there- always remember to be the change you wish to see in the world.

Being swamped making Graduation caps has it’s highs and lows. It’s stressful to be in the limbo of trying to get everyone’s cap made and mailed on time in addition to keeping up with studying for my own final exams as well as working at the hospital 36 hours of the week. As discouraging as it can be when someone’s decal doesn’t come out as they hoped, or it gets ripped, or it doesn’t transfer to glitter paper like they wanted..... it’s seeing the decals that came out perfect, hearing how happy the customers are with their cap, and getting an extra message just to say thank you again because they are so pleased with my work that keeps my shop going strong.
Being the person “in charge” is both tough and rewarding in the same breath.
Thank you to all of my customers for continuing to teach me how to be a better leader in the eyes of this Etsy shop.
And a huge shoutout to for sharing your cap with me. I love it! Congratulations on graduating!!!
