Meet this weekend’s Blueberry Pancake Truffle! A dark chocolate shell filled with maple syrup ganache and a burst of Richmond’s own locally made blueberry jam from Dayum This Is My Jam.

Blueberry, maple, and dark chocolate. Basically everything we love about a stack of blueberry pancakes, tucked into one little bite. 💙

We created this one in honor of the Williamsburg Pancake Festival happening this weekend, and we can’t wait for you to try it!

This weekend at the market, we are bringing something especially beautiful to the table: Fig Leaf & Passion Fruit Curd Truffles. A bright, aromatic, delicately tropical confection made with fresh fig leaf from Corinne of Marito at the Williamsburg Farmers Market, infused into cream for the ganache. 🤎🍃
