This is a 13’ prototype I have been working on. 2-10oz rod. Softer rod for loading up large weighted metal for reaching bunker pods. I was able to tune the reel and get about 165 yards with 30lb braid and 40lb leader with a 5oz weight. It would also work well for pompano fishing. I’d like to get a few people to throw it and give me honest brutal feed back. If you were in the market for a rod like this purpose built rod what would you be looking for in it?
