It’s been a minute since I’ve been able to post a finish project but this one was so worth it!

This yarn from could not have been more perfect for this Open Waters Shawl by Melanie Berg, The texture, the colored specks, the gorgeous blue base!

I’m so completely in love with the final product!

Yes, I have two projects already started but this yarn from came and I had to cast on!

The pattern is Open Seas Shawl by Melanie Berg and is one that will pop after blocking!

But I already know that the Speck yarn in April Showers color way was the perfect choice! The specks of color and blue base are perfect!

Baby blanket season!

Finished this beautiful blue blanket for a dear friend using a spiral rib stitch and Stitch and Story Eco Cotton

And then on to the second blanket using the smocking stitch and Sirdar Snuggly Rascal DK (455)

Both stitches are from 450 Knitting Stitches Volume 2 by The Harmony Guides
