By shopping at, volunteering with, and donating to Thrifty Sisters, which is a non-profit thrift shop, you are helping to support Thrifty Sister’s mission which benefits Saint Francis - Manchester an Assisted Living Community and their care of the elderly who otherwise do not have the financial means for affordable assisted living services. Thrifty Sisters is located at 8911 Patterson Avenue in Henrico, VA 23229, and is open to the public for shopping Tuesday – Saturday 10 am – 4 pm. Mark your calendars! Wednesday, October 7 is the sixth annual Giving Day for Saint Francis - Manchester, An Assisted Living Community. This day of giving shines a light on their mission to provide an affordable, loving home and quality assisted care for seniors with limited financial means.

This year, you can make a difference by participating in the Thrifty Fifty Challenge! If $50,000 is raised on Giving Day, Thrifty Sisters will make a $25,000 gift!

We’re packing up some of our favorite Christmas finds and taking Thrifty Sisters on the road! Find us at the Christkindlmarkt during the 21st Annual St. Benedict Oktoberfest , September 18-20.

Stop by our booth in a NEW LOCATION (one block over past Grove Avenue) to shop a special selection of German treasures, seasonal décor and other unique finds, with every purchase helping benefit Saint Francis - Manchester, An Assisted Living Community.
