(Deputy Yates Update)
Deputy Yates is now breathing on his own and is in and out of consciousness, which is likely due to the heavy medications he is under. At this time, he remains paralyzed from the chest down, but it is still too early to know what the long-term outcome will be.
He is experiencing a lot of pain in his arms. He can move them, but the pain is severe enough that he chooses not to move them much right now.
The prayers are working, so please keep them coming. Every prayer, every kind word, and every bit of support means something to Deputy Yates, his family, and everyone standing beside them during this difficult time.
Please continue praying for his healing, his strength, and for his loved ones as they face the days ahead.

Kellie, Collin, and I are incredibly thankful that so many first responders came out last night to hear Travis Howze speak. We only wish every first responder across the state could have been there to hear his message.
The health and well-being of all of you means so much to us. We want each of you to know how deeply appreciated, respected, and loved you are for the sacrifices you make every day.
We are truly humbled and blessed to have been a part of this event and to stand beside the first responder community. Thank you all for everything you do.

The Brotherhood of Car Clubs is coming together for a purpose—and we’re asking our community to do the same.

On Saturday, May 30th from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, the Mississippi Street Rod Association, Mississippi Hot Rod Association, Mississippi Classic Cruisers, and Flowtown Rods will be hosting a Cruise-In at Puckett Park.

This event is about more than cars.

It’s about supporting Puckett Fire Chief Jeff Bain and his family, who lost their home—and tragically their daughter-in-law—in a recent fire.

🚨 What to expect:

* Cruise-In / Car Show
* Live Auction
* Passing the Hat for cash donations
* Concessions on site — come grab a hamburger or hot dog and support the Bain family

All proceeds will go directly to help the Bain family during this time.
