Finally “shopped” Soulberry Natural Market ito find an incredible selection of organic produce, 🥑🍒🍑prepared foods, vitamins, and other natural products for anyone who’s health conscious. Highly recommend a visit if your in Monmouth Cty.

Extra treat was learning about local frangrsnce brand Ahura who had an in-store popup. There 100% alcohol free solid perfume is made from:

Their meat version is a Mediterranean staple but for those of us trying to intentionally find meatless options these flatbreads are a MUST!

Born and bred in Hoboken the stores owners are passionate about making a difference and provide “real food” options that are high quality, heathy and accessible.

My Sunflower Salad was delicious. 👏👏
