A little reintroduction because it’s been a while! 🧡🍫
Hey, friends! If you’re new around here, I’m Brandi the face (and hands) behind The Pop Co., a small treat business based in Rio Rancho, NM, specializing in chocolate dipped treats, caramel apples, cake pops, and all things sweet!
Behind the business, I’m a wife, a bonus and dog mom, and a small business owner trying to turn a passion into something bigger.
I definitely don’t do it alone! My husband, son, best friends, and dad are always lending a hand (sometimes whether they want to or not 🤣). Honestly, without them, I probably would’ve thrown in the towel a long time ago!
In August, I also moved into Popped Candy’s kitchen with Cat, and it’s been such a blessing! I’ve loved having the opportunity to learn, grow, and take The Pop Co. into this next chapter.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that owning a small business is so much more than making and selling treats. It’s long days, trial and error, happy dances over the little wins, figuring things out as you go, and a whole lot of heart.
