We are extremely excited to announce that we have executed a new lease with The UPS Store at our COLONY PLAZA in Ripon, CA!!!

The full-on (collective) team efforts with top-notch professionals made this transaction come together!

Very grateful for Morgan White of The UPS Store as well as our tenants, Bal Bahadur Paul and Kunwar Paul. Each of your dedication and efforts in getting this closed were nothing short of pivotal.

Appreciate Christopher Sill of Lee & Associated for doing a phenomenal job representing both The UPS Store as well as the franchisee. Your persistence, focus and communication allowed this transaction to get over the finish line. You should know that these efforts are duly noted and appreciated.
