Okay, I didn't expect to like live selling this much.
First, shoutout to my friend Stephanie .wellness for getting me involved in this whole Whatnot thing. 🤣 I wasn't exactly running toward the idea of getting on camera and selling live... but here we are.
I've officially survived my first few shows, and I'm starting to understand why people love shopping this way.
A few reasons I'm loving it so far:
• You actually get to SEE the clothes. I can hold something up, show you the fabric, talk about the fit, and point out those little details that don't always come across in a product photo.
• You can ask me questions in real time. Need a measurement? Wondering if something has stretch? Want to see the back? Just ask.
• You don't have to drive anywhere. You can literally shop Sagebrush from your couch.
I'm still figuring things out as I go, which honestly might be part of the entertainment. 😂
And from the business side, this is giving Sagebrush a chance to reach new people. Something my local shoppers may have already seen in the store can be completely new to someone across the country. That helps me keep inventory moving, make room for what's next, and keep bringing new things into the shop.
Whatnot isn't replacing the shop or the website. It's just one more way to shop Sagebrush - from your couch!!
