Spooky season is upon us, so what better way to get prepared for the Halloween parties than by learning how to make this Spooky Witches Brew Cocktail 🥃👻

Details for the Recipe are below ⬇

Ingredients:
✦ 1 ½ oz Midori
✦ 1 ½ oz Cointreau or Triple Sec
✦ 1 oz fresh lemon juice
✦ For garnish: 1 small dry ice cube* (optional), cocktail cherry
-
Instructions:
Add the Midori, Cointreau, & lemon juice to a cocktail mixing glass (or cocktail shaker). Add 2 handfuls of regular ice cubes and stir until cold. Strain the drink into a lowball glass, garnish with a cocktail cherry and dry ice (optional) & enjoy! 🎃

*If you’re using dry ice, use tongs (it’s very important that you DO NOT touch the dry ice), and add 1/2-1 inch chunk of dry ice to the glass. It should immediately sink to the bottom and create a cool smoke effect! The dry ice will take about 5 minutes to disappear; once the ice completely disappears, you’re free to drink!! (Make sure you don’t drink the dry ice!)

*How to break the dry ice into 1-inch pieces (if using): Do this as close to the time you’ll be serving the drinks as possible, but you can buy the dry ice a few hours in advance. Begin by dropping the plastic bag with the dry ice on the ground a few times to allow it to break into large chunks. Remember to never to touch the dry ice with your bare hands. Use a screwdriver or ice pick to break the dry ice into smaller pieces. Wrap the small pieces in a towel and place them in a cooler with the top off until you’re ready to serve the drinks. Do not place the dry ice in the freezer.

Happy Fall! Start the season off right with a Toasted Pecan Old Fashioned 🍁🥃🍁
Details for the recipe are below ↓

Ingredients:
Toasted Pecan Whiskey
✦ ½ cup pecans, toasted
✦ 1 ½ cups whiskey (a good drinking one!)
Toasted Pecan Old Fashioned
✦ 1 sugar cube (or ½ teaspoon granulated sugar)
✦ 4 dashes of Angostura bitters
✦ 2 oz. Toasted Pecan Whiskey, recipe above
✦ Large ice cube
-
Instructions:
Toasted Pecan Whiskey:
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the pecans on a baking sheet and transfer them to the oven. Toast the pecans for 10-15 minutes or until browned & fragrant. (Check them every few minutes so they don’t burn). Remove from the oven & let cool to room temp. Transfer the cooled pecans to a mason jar & pour the whiskey in. (Let the whiskey infuse for 3-4 days - but no longer than 4 days as the pecans could dry out the whiskey!)
Toasted Pecan Old Fashioned:
In a whiskey glass, pour in the sugar and dashes of the Angostura bitters. Using a muddler, break down the sugar to combine with the bitters & coat the sides of the glass with the mix. Place a large ice cube into the glass, then pour the Toasted Pecan Whiskey over the cubes, swirling it to mix with the bitters and sugar mixture. Enjoy immediately! ✨
