Today I had the incredible opportunity to meet with the Catering, Hospitality & Planning Team at United Airlines -sharing my journey, my passion, the heart behind Brown Sugar Caramels and of course some decadent caramels.
From my kitchen beginnings to building a brand rooted in handcrafted decadence, I’ve always believed that every caramel tells a story-one intention, joy, and connection at a time. To stand in front of a team that understands hospitality at a global level was both humbling and inspiring. It reminded me that whether you’re serving travelers 30,000 feet in the air or guests across the table, true hospitality is about creating experiences and moments that linger.

Meet Apple Chai, our newest addition to the decadence that is Brown Sugar Caramels. Think smooth, buttery caramel with gentle apple brightness and just a hint of cinnamon, cardamom, and other chai spices. It’s comfort, elevated.
