Take a kid with a rare genetic disorder who likes scents and textures and working with his hands and introduce him to a maker of artisan soaps, and you get Alan’s Artisan Soap Co. Alan was born with the rare Shprintzen-Goldberg syndrome, a genetic disorder that affects many parts of the body. Having skin sensitive to textures and artificial ingredients made finding the right balance of natural ingredients in an affordable quality soap a challenge. An artisan soap maker of more than 35 years sat down with us to develop soaps of 100% natural ingredients and fragrance oils. Our soaps are quick to lather, soft to the touch, and rinse away clean leaving only the light scent of natural fragrances.
