We’ve been adding a lot of new options lately - including more ways to make each setup completely custom.

We now custom build and custom paint pieces to fit your event, including our new lattice backdrops and matching lattice planters pictured here.

We’ve also added pipe & drape, uplighting, and pinspot lighting to our inventory, giving us even more options to transform a space from start to finish.

A little pink never hurt anybody 💗

Just finished up this carnation pink + white dance floor at Ridge Pointe, and this color combo turned out GOOD.

And pink is just the beginning — we have over 80 different colors available to wrap our dance floors, so you can match your floor to pretty much any color scheme you have in mind.

We want to take a moment to be transparent with our clients and community.

Over the past few months, our response time on emails and inquiries hasn’t been where it should be. As we’ve grown quickly and taken on more events across Birmingham and the surrounding areas, there have been times where messages simply didn’t get answered as fast as they deserved, or at all. That’s on us.

We’ve always operated as a tight, family-run team. That’s allowed us to maintain a high level of quality, consistency, and attention to detail on every install—but it also meant that one person was often handling calls, emails, quotes, and working out on job sites. As our volume increased, that system started to show its limits.

We’ve heard your feedback, and we’ve made changes.

We’ve recently brought on dedicated office staff focused specifically on handling inquiries, emails, and phone calls so that no message falls through the cracks. Our goal is to return to our standard 24–48 hour response time and we expect to be fully back to that level within the next week.

We truly appreciate your patience as we’ve grown, and we’re grateful for the continued support that’s allowed us to get to this point. We’re committed to improving, and to providing the level of service you expect when you choose Owen Brothers Events.
