After 20 years the Painted pony line is coming to the end of the trail. Stop in and get yours before they are gone.
Below is the message that we received from Enesco today.
Good day friends. We message you today with big news.
After twenty-plus years in business, after 467 original Painted Pony figurines were
created, and after Painted Ponies became one of the most popular horse collectibles in
the country, we find ourselves at a natural end to The Trail of the Painted Ponies Brand
lifecycle.
For more than two decades, Painted Ponies have travelled from the studio table to
display shelves, from artists’ hands to horse and art lovers’ hearts. Indeed, the brand
cultivated a passionate collector community and earned recognition for elevating resin
figurines into meaningful works of art.
After careful consideration we have made the thoughtful decision to let The Trail of
Painted Ponies ride into the sunset. With our final June 2026 release of new figurines,
the Ponies already in collectors& #39; hands, and those released during this final chapter, it
will stand as the complete body of work composing The Trail of Painted Ponies. None
the less, Enesco will continue selling various styles of Ponies in stock while supplies
last.
The official website of The Trail of Painted Ponies www.trailofpaintedponies.com will
continue to communicate news and information relevant to collectors on their monthly
updates. The Trail of Painted Ponies Official Store will continue to be the largest single
source of Painted Ponies.
We want to thank everyone - artists, collectors, friends, retailers - for believing in our
vision, and for participating in the creation of something that didn’t exist before.
Something that combined original artwork inspired by a love for horses with individual
creativity into a unique art form we think of as Pony Expressionism.
