✨️ Crystal Cleaning & Charging ✨️
Crystals need to be frequently cleared of stagnant energy as well as physical dust. When you bring home a new crystal, or when you feel like one you've had is no longer "working", it's time for a cleaning.
🔮 How to clean your crystals:
✨️ Salt Bath - Place them in a bowl and pour salt over them to cover the top. Let them sit over night.
✨️ Smoke - Burn Sage or Palo Santo to cleanse your crystals.
✨️ Water - Water safe crystals can be cleaned under running water or by dipping in a bowl of water with a dash of salt.
✨️ Feather Duster/Soft Cloth - Sweep away dust and envision yourself also removing the stagnant energy.
✨️ Other Crystals - Stones that clear away negative energy like clear Quartz and Hematite can be placed alongside your other crystals to clear them.
🔮 How to charge your Crystals:
✨️ Moonlight- Any moon phase will do but the full moon is best.
✨️ Solar - Charge your crystals in the sunlight for 1-2 hours. Be careful! Some stones like amethyst will fade in color over time if left in the sunlight for extended periods. (Hanging in window, car, etc.)
✨️ Grounding - Dig a small hole and bury your crystals in the dirt. Leave them for 12-24 hours.
✨️ Other Crystals - Crystals like Selenite that capture and hold the moon's charge are like little power banks for your other crystals.
There are hacks to make your life a little bit easier so you're not constantly moving crystals around.
With my personal stones, I like to place them as close to windowsills as possible with pieces of selenite to draw in energy and clear away negativity. I frequently burn Sage & Palo around ALL the crystals in my house. I also place huge Chunks of pink salt and my salt lamp right on my desk with my inventory to keep everything 💫 while I have it here.
TIP: Use mirrors 🪞 to reflect Moonlight on your larger crystal displays that aren't easy to move around.
