No microwave? No problem! I’m reposting this tip from last year because I do get this question often & there are alternative ways to heat your packs! 👍

You want a warm spa pack but don’t have a microwave?
1. Place packs on oven safe dish and slide into your unheated oven.
2. Set oven temp to 200 degrees.
3. Wait for 5 minutes. Take out and fluff around, to distribute the heat. (Carefully!)
4. Place back in warm oven for 2 minute increments until it has reached desired heat.
5. Relax and enjoy that warm spa pack and the fragrance of lavender.

🥶Don’t forget you can store your JRB packs in the freezer as well if cold therapy feels better. Try a cold pack straight from the freezer for a migraine! Keep them in their plastic bag to seal in the lavender freshness & protect your JRB pack from absorbing freezer smells.
