Square days are tentatively becoming more regular!
We've done a few quiet pop ups at Crystal Spring Grocery Co. and now are trying to make it more habitual. We're starting small, 40ish available each pop up, but will be growing that number as we get a more fluid system down that guarantees a great pizza. Shooting for every other Thursday-ish for the rest of 2026.
Dining in is available and encouraged. CSG has plenty of drink options, as well as a w**e tasting event on Thursdays.
Right now, pizzas are pre-order only through hotplate.com/eatzapizza. I too dislike text message platforms, but I've got alerts turned to the bare minimum and appreciate that hotplate gives me that control. It sends out a message when pre orders open for a given event, and then reminds you a couple hours before pick up. We've mostly been selling out from that, so I wait a day or so before posting on here.
Wood fired pies may be back at some point, but this is less labor intensive and let's us be more frequent for the time being.
