We are so excited to share that Sky and Tajsha have both earned their CFm certification — and they passed with flying colors! 🎉

Sky has been a familiar face at our front desk and is now stepping into her role as a fitter, helping women feel supported and confident through their fitting journey.

Tajsha has been working behind the scenes keeping us up to date on policies and procedures and is now bringing her knowledge and compassion directly to our patients as a fitter.

We are so proud of both of them and look forward to seeing the difference they will make in the lives of the women we serve. 💗

Have you ever wondered how a breast prosthesis is made? Second to Nature was invited to Trulife’s production facility in Dublin, Ireland, for a behind-the-scenes look at the process.

We enjoyed learning about the company’s history and seeing some of the original breast prostheses produced in the 1970s.

Each prosthesis begins with a strong, durable silk filament. Every piece is carefully cut to a specific shape and size to create the foundation of the form.

Once the shape is complete, each prosthesis is filled with 100% medical-grade silicone. It is then baked and cured to achieve the desired feel and durability.

Next, every prosthesis is carefully hand-trimmed and thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets Trulife’s high standards.

Trulife proudly uses 100% medical-grade silicone, providing quality, comfort, and suitability for sensitive skin.

We carry post-surgery bras, traditional bras, sports bras, camisoles, breast prostheses, compression garments, and products for women who have had a mastectomy, lumpectomy, or breast reconstruction. We also offer garments for those struggling with truncal lymphedema.
