A note from our friends at Blue Ridge Hydroponics! Such a great company and we’re excited to see them continue to grow in their next chapter.💚
Well, I guess the secrets out… I (Brynnen) have sold BRH and will be fully stepping down.
I’ve thought a lot about what to say as these last few weeks of transition have gone by, and I really have one main thought to express: gratitude. I am so grateful for this community. Running a small business is mentally and emotionally testing, pretty much 24/7. It takes a good team. A strong community. A lot of effort and vision and goal-setting and patience. A LOT of hats. And somehow out of all of the efforts it takes, the two most important are community and your team. I want to truly thank all of you for supporting our sweet BRH; trusting us and believing in us and showing up. Ditching Amazon and Lowe’s when you can. Waiting outside for the doors to open during our Spring Kick Off. Wearing our merch. Bringing us goodies. And to Paul and Jeremy, I can’t express enough gratitude and love for these guys. We’ve been through so much these last three years and very few people know just how much we’ve worked through as a team with the hurdles we’ve faced.
The relationships I’ve built with so many vendors, customers, and suppliers are relationships I will cherish for years to come. This community rules and has made this chapter of my life so so special.
Lastly, but definitely an important note: Jeremy, Paul, Aaron and Sparkles will still be the faces you see every day and the store will feel / operate the same! Our new owner, Mike, will continue to grow BRH with the same values and vision. He’ll lead it to even more growth, I’m sure of it.
Thank you all again so much, I have SO much love for everyone that has been a part of this ride big or small. As always, shop small - buy local - grow your own.
With love and appreciation,
- B
