Pete: “What’s the plans for tomorrow?”
Me: “Absolutely NOTHING except cleaning the house and organizing/putting away all my auction treasures from this week. Looking forward to a lazy day at home”
Pete: “Sounds like a good plan”

Me waking Pete up from a dead sleep early this morning…..
Me: “Hey, there’s an actual LIVE auction today! Wanna go?”
Pete: “I thought we were staying home? It’s raining like crazy!”
Me: “You don’t have to go, I can go by myself. I mean we all know I won’t melt”
Pete: “Ok, I guess I’ll go, I’ll go dig up the umbrellas”
Me: “Just get one for me, I have a “special” one for you. You’ll be the envy of all who are there!”
Pete: (obviously can’t contain the excitement of it all) 😍😂🙄
