Had the very best night playing in the flowers with all these wonderful moms! Thank you so much to everyone that joined in! We hope you had the very best time and everyone's bouquets were so different, so vibrant, and so beautiful! Every time we get to host an event, no matter how big or how small, everything is intentional. No detail is overlooked and no detail is too small. From snacks from the The Silver Shamrocks Cuisine , drinks, to learning about the flowers we grow and how best to cut them, we hope you can tell how much love we put in.

Hard to have any bad days when they start in the flowers! Happy Monday, friends! Heading into a super busy two weeks with private u-picks! We can't wait to host everyone! If you need a special date, please let me know. We are doing our best to accommodate all requests!

Some notes on our public u-picks (still some dates available!):
✨each u-pick comes with snips, vessels, and holding handles to take home
✨each u-pick is capped at 10 people. Our field is substantial, but I want you to enjoy each experience and not be overwhelmed with a bunch of people. It's supposed to be relaxing!
✨ each u-pick is thoughtfully and carefully designed with you in mind. We use The Silver Shamrocks Cuisine for our catering! What does that look like you ask? Last week we were indulged with the following small bites:
🌱seasonal salad, seasonal pasta salad, caprese bites, cookies and brownies, and an adorable carrot cake! Yep! It's all included! Don't forget the drinks either! Always included!

Had the absolute honor of hosting a wedding on our property yesterday! Everything, including our bride, Sarah, dancing in the rain was pure perfection! Our bride, her mom, and best friend arrived early to hand pick their bouquets, did a first look in our dahlias, and The Silver Shamrocks Cuisine made another beautiful dinner. It was such a beautiful day! I can't wait to see the pictures!!

Kinda chic to grow it all, arrange it all, love it all, and know where it all came from, right!?! RIGHT! Just loving every second of this summer, friends. So EXCITED for today. We have the honor of hosting our very first wedding. Pics upon pics to come💕

Our subscribers (and private u-pickers) had quite the treat yesterday! Armloads of Lisianthus were finally ready and it is just toooooo stunning to put into words! Already let the husband know we were growing way more of it next year! He's as thrilled as one can be lol.

As pretty as the lisianthus are, I am also swooning BIG TIME for the "Seeker Blue" statice this year. Its color is other-worldly!

Every day walking the fields is such a joy and treat right now. To think, we grew it all (minus the lisi plugs, of course!)

Here we gooooo, friends! First private u-pick is tonight and everything is looking absolutely gorgeous in our back field! Zinnias have come in beautifully, our lisianthus our ready for the party, and so, so many other gorgeous flowers! We can't wait to host you! If you haven't purchased u-pick tickets OR Dinner in the Dahlias tickets yet, I encourage you to do so soon! We're running low on tickets for everything!

It's zinnia wiggling season, y'all! If you know, you know! If the zinnia is too wiggly, it's not *quite* ready to be picked yet! These blooms are from our first zinnia succession and are looking so good! The next successions are budding up and hoping to have blooms THIS week! I also went ahead and planted some more, just to ensure we get through the end of season!

Ok!! These "blue" China XL Asters are just sending me! They are so stunning and their color is so, so saturated! Pictures really don't do them justice. They'll be added into the permanent rotation. Stem length is also great and they're looking better than our king size apricot Asters.

Imagine not liking me and I'm just sitting in my driveway trying to twirl my summer flower bouquet! These are our first round of summer flowers for our subscribers and I'm just so delighted I could squeal! So light, so airy! Can't wait for three more weeks of flowers! How FUN is that Dara!? Not yet on the scene: zinnias. Our zinnias are simply taking the long way, but finally budding up! AND THAT MARIGOLD!! I did NOT think I'd love the marigolds as much as I do. They've got a permanent home here!

If flowers, community, and great snacks are your vibe, you're in the right place! I've finally listed our u-pick schedule (back field) and our Dinner in the Dahlias event (two dates)!

Every event will have curated snacks from Chef Deb The Silver Shamrocks Cuisine this season! You'll be welcomed onsite with a farm tour, what we grow, and then set free in our back field to enjoy walking amongst the flowers and collecting your own stems to take home! Our dahlias are exclusively open to the dinner in the dahlias events, but buckets of dahlias will be provided for the u-pick. U-pick is $40.00.

Everything, for every event, is always included.

Our dinner in the dahlias features two event dates this year: a Thursday and Saturday (date night, hello!!) AND thanks to the love and care of the The Silver Shamrocks Cuisine team, we are able to hold our prices firm from last year at $125.00.
