From dishwasher and barista to co-owner and general manager, Will has helped raise the bar on Rochester’s coffee scene — building Café Steam into a collection of eclectic coffee shops and community gathering places.

A few years ago, he took things a step further by launching Colorway Coffee, roasting locally to ensure every cup meets his standard. Now, Café Steam is preparing to open its fourth Rochester location, just across the street from Mayo Clinic Hospital, St. Marys Campus.
